At Paboy Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted textiles. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
